TwinSoftware ("we", "our", or "us") operates the GlowQuest mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

GlowQuest is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal data necessary to provide you with a great experience:
- Local Data: Your skincare routine preferences, progress data, avatar customizations, and app settings are stored locally on your device.
- Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the App. This includes general usage patterns, crash reports, and performance metrics. This data does not identify you personally.
- Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not have access to your payment details.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the App's functionality
- Improve and optimize the App experience
- Identify and fix bugs and crashes
- Process in-app purchases and subscriptions
Data Storage and Security
Your personal skincare data (routines, progress, preferences) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is not transmitted to our servers.
Anonymous analytics data is processed by Firebase (Google) in accordance with their privacy practices.

Since your personal data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete your data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings.
