How do I reset my progress?
You can reset your progress by going to Settings and selecting "Reset Progress". This will clear all your routine history but keep your ritual configuration.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to manage or cancel your subscription.
My purchase didn't go through. What do I do?
Try using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app's settings. If the issue persists, contact us via email with your purchase receipt.
How do I change my ritual steps?
Go to Settings and select "Edit AM ritual" or "Edit PM ritual" to customize your skincare steps.
Is my data backed up?
Currently, your data is stored locally on your device. We recommend keeping your device backed up through iCloud (iOS) or Google (Android) to preserve your data.
